CTH recently welcomed colleagues from across the business, from Falcon Timber and Hoffman Triesse, to its annual long service recognition event, celebrating the dedication, expertise and loyalty of employees who have reached significant career milestones with the company.
Held at the iconic Langham Hotel in London, the event brought together team members being recognised for their long-standing service and contribution to the business. For many years, the CTH Outstanding Service Club has honoured colleagues who have dedicated two decades of service to CTH, becoming an important tradition that reflects the values and culture of the organisation.
This year, however, the company expanded the recognition programme to include colleagues who are passing through their 10 and 15-year milestone and everyone with over 20 years service invited to join.
The enhanced event reflects CTH’s ongoing commitment to recognising the important role that long-serving employees play in the success of the business. Their knowledge, experience and dedication have helped shape the company and support its continued growth over many years.
Several members of the executive leadership team joined the celebrations, taking the opportunity to personally thank colleagues for their commitment. The event also featured a speech from CEO, Richard Martin, who spoke warmly about the importance of recognising the people behind the business and the lasting impact that dedicated employees have on customers, colleagues and the wider organisation.
Speaking of the event, Richard said:

The lunch provided an opportunity for colleagues to connect, reflect on their careers and celebrate the relationships and experiences built over many years with the company.
As CTH continues to invest in its people and culture, the long service recognition programme remains an important way of acknowledging the dedication and loyalty that help drive the business forward.
