Canadian Larch is naturally durable without the need for Thermal modification. It is an alternative for Siberian Larch and is a ‘light colour’ durable wood, which sets it apart from the Thermally modified timbers, which are all brown in colour.

Benefits of Western Larch

  • Increased durability
  • Reduced moisture absorption, better resistance to insects and fungi
  • Thermal insulation and increased form stability

Versatile Uses

  • Construction: Beams, framing, flooring, and decking due to its strength and stability.
  • Joinery: Doors, windows, trim, and panelling benefit from its attractive grain and finish.
